🔧 Warranty Check-Up Rules & Guidelines

Please review the following terms before submitting your warranty request:

  • Warranty only applies to the same issue and same part replaced during the original repair.

  • Warranty does not apply if the appliance is used in commercial or non-standard residential settings.

  • Clog-related issues are not covered under the warranty.

  • Warranty is void in cases of misuse, negligence, or physical damage caused by the customer.

  • Warranty does not apply if foreign objects enter motors, pumps, or other mechanical parts.

Note: This form must be fully completed and submitted to proceed with warranty repair booking.
