Warranty Check-Up Rules & Guidelines
Please review the following terms before submitting your warranty request:
- Warranty only applies to the same issue and same part replaced during the original repair.
- Warranty does not apply if the appliance is used in commercial or non-standard residential settings.
- Clog-related issues are not covered under the warranty.
- Warranty is void in cases of misuse, negligence, or physical damage caused by the customer.
- Warranty does not apply if foreign objects enter motors, pumps, or other mechanical parts.
- Note: Fees and charges apply if the service request does not meet the Warranty Rules and Guidelines.
